Also known as my free fold up lights. The elite lights Globber scooter is designed for children aged 3 years plus. The foldable design makes the scooter easy to pull along, carry and store away. LED flashing wheels powered by Kinetic energy promise a longer life, lighting up blue, red and green. This three wheel scooter has an adjustable height t-bar with a pushpin feature with four height settings. The handlebar grows up with the child for extended play value, recommended for children up to 8 years. Safety features include a study low deck for stability with a reinforced structure, handlebar grips, assisted steering and steering lock, all designed to teach skills as the child develops and learns how to ride.
