The Flashing Storm Scooter won The Best Outdoor Toy Award for 2007 by the British Association of Toy Retailers, making it officially one of best scooters around! This innovative 2 wheeled folding scooter by Ozbozz comes with flashing light rods that flash pink on both sides of the deck and has an adjustable handle-bar system and rear brake. A great way of encouraging active, outdoor fun!
